Hi! I’m Casey.

I’m passionate about working at the intersection of visual media, communication and technology.

Today I’m a UX Researcher at Instagram living in New York City.

Before working in tech, I worked as a journalist for years and this portfolio is a collection of my work from CNN Politics and The Washington Post.

I was a Multimedia Graduate Student Researcher at the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism and the co-author of the Mobile Reporting Field Guide. And I’ve received awards for my work from the Radio Television Digital News Association and the Sacramento Press Club.

I’ve studied at the University of Cambridge and in Shanghai. I’m originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. Let’s connect!
